everyone happy!!!! I got this wonderful party hat idea from Oh Happy Day. I think I can safely say that she's one of THE most creative people on the planet.
I did these beauts for a dear friend's birthday and although we got tons of stares, giggles {of the good variety} & even the occassional "Wow those are so cute", I must thank Jordan for sharing her fabulous idea & a special super de duper thanks to my friends for walking around the cities of New York & Atlanta with them on their beautiful heads!!!!
